Post Implementation Evaluation
Did your EHR implementation go as smoothly and perfect as your vendor promised? Did you receive sufficient training on your EHR before and during your EHR implementation? Once the implementation team and trainers left and the educational webinars have been viewed again and again, did your staff feel comfortable using your new EHR? Most practices are left with questions and issues without having a dedicated person to provide assistances even if the practice did everything right during the EHR implementation. Your ALREC Trusted Advisor will perform a “Post Implementations Evaluation Assessment" to identify satisfaction and meaningful use while meeting the Meaningful Use requirements implement; we also work to ensure your EHR contributes to your organizations operational goals and providers and staff user satisfaction.
