Overview

Choosing an Electronic Health Record and its associated equipment and infrastructure can be a time consuming task due to the number of vendors out there and the complexity of the products. To help its participants, Alabama Regional Extension Center underwent a selection process to bring you a select group of EHR vendors. 

Select Vendors

These vendors include a select group of companies that underwent a significant qualification and selection process and have demonstrated a commitment to Alabama's HIT mission. In order to be selected, the EHR vendors on this list agreed to a higher base level of functionality and interoperability that will enable practices to achieve Meaningful Use and best participate in the Alabama Health Information Exchange. Additionally, for ALREC participants, the vendors have agreed to discounted pricing and standardized terms and conditions to facilitate adoption quickly and smoothly.
